Mike McGuire joined Finn Zink Associates in 1988 as a Territory Manager in Indianapolis. After 9 years in Indianapolis and another 5 years in the Cincinnati office, he moved to Zink Foodservice's headquarters in Columbus, Ohio in 2004. In 2001, Jim Zink and Mike purchased Zink Foodservice from founder Skip Zink.
Mike and Jim are responsible for the Zink Foodservice as well as the 65 employees located throughout their 7 ½ state territory. This includes providing leadership in strategic planning, organization and business development, planning and forecasting, competitive analysis, customer satisfaction and maintaining manufacturer relationships.
With more than 27 years of experience in the food service industry, Mike is qualified to provide the product application and technical detail needed in today’s ever changing commercial kitchens. His knowledge of equipment use and care has been instrumental in placing Mike on many manufacturer liaison committees.
Mike is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Rep (CPMR) and has the CSFP level 3 certification. He has been a member of the MAFSI National Board of Directors since 2008 and on the MAFSI National Executive Committee since 2011. Mike served as MAFSI President in 2013.
Mike resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Tracey, and three daughters.

Jim ZinkManaging Partner
After working in the financial sector in Chicago, Illinois, Jim Zink joined the organization in 1996 as a Territory Manager responsible for Northern Ohio. After five years residing in Cleveland, he moved to the Zink Foodservice’s headquarters in Columbus. In 2001, Jim Zink and Mike McGuire purchased the company from its founder Skip Zink.
Today, Mike and Jim direct the operations of the Zink Foodservice. This includes strategic planning; organizational and business development; sales management; customer service and key account management.
Jim serves on several manufacturer representative councils as well as the NAFEM-MAFSI Liaison committee. He was the 2006 recipient of FE&S magazine’s Top Achiever award for manufacturer’s representatives.
Jim resides in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Karin, and their three children.

David AshDirector of Culinary Operations
David Ash has been involved in the Foodservice industry since 1995 in increasingly demanding positions. He has set up competition kitchens for ACF National Convention from 2007-2011. He also set up kitchens and trained competitors for Bocuse D’Or in 2008 and 2010. David has presented to ACF chapters from Ohio to Hawaii. He has worked with the largest restaurant chains in North America. Most recently with Manitowoc Foodservice's Ovens Group, his focus centered on several cooking methods where he is an expert in Steam Cooking, Combi Oven Technology, Accelerated Cooking platforms, Induction Cooking and Blast Chilling. In fact, David led training efforts on these platforms nationally for Manitowoc.
David actively works in Zink’s entire marketing area and oversees the utilization of Zink’s Culinary Centers, Showrooms and Test Kitchens in Columbus, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Lansing, and Chicago. He promotes all of the equipment lines represented by Zink Foodservice and the complete tabletop and smallwares package represented by Zink.
David currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
Tim ZinkRegional Vice President - Central OH
Tim joined the Zink team in 2008, after spending 5 years in the financial industry in Chicago. From 2008-2011 he was the territory manager for Northeast Ohio, focusing on the dealer and end-user communities. Tim currently manages Central Ohio.
Tim currently lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Melissa, and two children.

Frank RivelleRegional Account Manager - Healthcare & Education - Central OH
Frank Rivelle joined Zink Foodservice in 2016 and has been in the foodservice industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Zink, Frank was a National Account Executive for a large foodservice corporation.
He will work closely with the Zink Foodservice teams in Central and Southern Ohio and will focus on healthcare and education.
Frank resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Renee, and three children and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University
