Kevin Jennings joined Zink Foodservice in 2011 as Regional Vice President in Illinois and assumed the role of Vice President/General Manager, Tabletop & Smallwares in 2017. Kevin has over 20 years of Foodservice sales management experience. Prior to joining Zink, he held the positions of Director of Sales-Western USA with Carlisle/Dinex, Regional Manager-Midwest for Cardinal International and Territory Manager for Libbey Glass. Kevin is based out of Zink’s Lisle, IL office.

Kevin resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wife, Sue, and four children.

Tracy Franas

Tracy Franas, veteran of the Foodservice Industry in Chicago, joins Zink Foodservice as Territory Manager effective 12/1/11. Tracy has spent a lifetime in foodservice from her early start in her family restaurant through her 16 years as a Sales Representative for The Boelter Companies. Tracy has had a broad focus including experience selling to country clubs, healthcare, institutional, corrections, national accounts, and independent restaurants. She has been the recipient of the Foodservice Equipment and Supplies magazine tabletop award in 2002, 2006, and 2009.

Tracy resides in Chicago, Illinois with her two children.

Karen Clausing

Karen Clausing joins the company with 22 years experience as a Healthcare Specialist in the foodservice industry. She has most recently been servicing the northern Illinois market as a District Healthcare Manager working directly with Carlisle-Dinex. Previous experience includes working in the healthcare market with a Chicago manufacturer’s representative firm and in sales on the distributor level as a Hospital Account Manager.

Karen has worked with hospitals and long term care facilities and distributers in Illinois with a focus on temperature maintenance products, trayline systems and traytop presentation. She will be responsible for this market segment for our Illinois group.

Karen resides in Lombard, Illinois.

Tom Butz

Tom Butz has been working with the IL-WI team since 2012. He has been in the hospitality industry since 1975 working with operators in restaurants, resorts, and private clubs. For the past 35 years Tom has held variety of unit and regional positions with the ARAMARK Corporation, specializing in the areas of business & industry, campus dining and healthcare foodservice management.

Tom resides in Rockford with his wife, Linda, and family.

Cody Rank has been working in the foodservice industry since 2006. In addition to inside sales coordination, he assists the IL-WI team with IT, distribution, equipment demonstrations, and culinary center training.

Cody resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
