Starting his career as a culinary aide in healthcare, Jason quickly ascended through the ranks, contributing significantly to the Thunderdome Restaurant Group’s expansion efforts across Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and Louisville. His recent tenure as Corporate Executive Chef for Otterbein Senior Life, overseeing culinary operations across 23 campuses, underscores his proficiency in managing large-scale foodservice operations.
