Gregg Markwoski, CEC, has extensive culinary and equipment experience. Gregg has been a culinary instructor in both Connecticut and Indiana. He has also held positions as a Consultant Chef for Rich’s Food Products, Business Development Chef for Manitowoc Foodservice Group and Business Development Manager for Rotisol USA. Gregg will focus his efforts on healthcare, colleges & universities, K-12 schools and culinary support for the Indiana market.
