Systems Analyst / Administrator

KEY GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business requirements for software applications and systems
  • Design, develop, and implement software applications and systems that meet business requirements and enhance organizational performance
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that software applications and systems are functioning properly         
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues as needed
  • Act as liaison between company and third party MSP
  • Document processes, procedures, and user manuals to aid in system training and support
  • Create reporting and dashboards to assist in business management
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the industry to recommend new solutions for business needs
  • Works with team to promote accountability and growth
  • Ability to understand the big picture and help develop streamlined and automated processes to achieve higher standards

SPECIFICATIONS

  • REQUIRED
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related experience
    • Minimum 2-4 years experience
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Database management/reporting
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
    • Able to work onsite in the greater Columbus, OH area
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills
  • STRONGLY PREFERRED
    • NetSuite experience
    • Integrator application experience
    • Network/IT Infrastructure experience

The Systems Analyst reports to the Accounting & Ops Manager and has no direct reports.
