Regional Account Managers at Zink Foodservice are specialized experts focused on Healthcare (hospitals, long-term care) and Education accounts (K-12 districts, colleges and universities). RAMs are the primary relationship managers for their region — working directly with operators and managing day-to-day activity with broadliner accounts to proactively support their foodservice objectives.

- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers at top hospitals, universities, and school districts across the region
- Serve as the first call for clients launching new concepts, changing menus, replacing or upgrading equipment, designing or building new facilities, or working through operational challenges
- Build deep, specialized knowledge of Dinex, Metro, and Convotherm products, with broad knowledge of every brand Zink represents
- Identify opportunities within accounts and collaborate with Zink's equipment, smallwares, and hospitality specialists to secure sales through established distribution channels
- Facilitate introductions between specialists and operators to drive specification of products
- Conduct and manage product demonstrations in the healthcare and education segments
- Consult on operations — insights, training, and guidance tailored to each account
- Represent Zink at trade shows and conferences, regionally and nationally, when assigned
- Keep the CRM current and bring solutions, not just visits, to every account
What you'll bring.
- Bachelor's degree in business
- Experience in the foodservice industry
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Efficient time management and clear phone and email communication
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; comfortable making quick decisions
- Discretion, and the desire to keep growing
