What the site is for

zinkfsg.com is published by Zink Foodservice Group (“Zink”), a manufacturers’ representative. It describes the products and brands we represent and offers planning tools and reference material for foodservice operators, dealers and consultants in our territory. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a quote, a specification, or engineering, legal, health-code or financial advice.

Planning tools and calculators

The tools on this site turn numbers you enter into general estimates. They were built with reference to publicly available manufacturer and industry resources; no manufacturer has reviewed or endorsed them, and nothing a tool produces is a manufacturer’s specification, rating or recommendation. They are starting points for a conversation with your Zink representative, your dealer and your design professionals. They do not account for every condition in your operation. You are responsible for checking any result against the current manufacturer specification sheet, your local codes and inspectors, and your own professional advisers before you rely on it. Zink is not responsible for purchases, designs, installations or operating decisions made from a tool’s output.

Manufacturer information

Product descriptions, specifications, lead times, price announcements, promotions, warranties and documents on this site come from the manufacturers we represent. We publish them in good faith and update them as manufacturers send changes, but manufacturers can change any of them without notice, and the manufacturer’s own current documents and acknowledgements control. Pricing and availability are confirmed only in a written quote from an authorized dealer.

Partner area

The partner area is for dealer and consultant personnel we have invited. The information in it, including lead times, in-stock lists, price announcements and promotions, is provided for the partner’s own business use, may be confidential or time-limited, and may not be republished or shared outside the partner’s organization. Logins are personal; keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think an account has been compromised. We may change or withdraw access at any time.

Articles and guides

Insights articles, planning guides and checklists reflect the authors’ understanding at the date shown on each piece and cite their sources. They are general information, not advice for your specific operation, and third-party statistics are the responsibility of the sources named.

Third-party links

The site links to manufacturer, trade and government websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, illustrations, tools and design of this site belong to Zink or are used with the permission of the manufacturers and photographers who own them. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. You may print or download pages for your own business use with the Zink and manufacturer attributions intact; any other reproduction needs our written permission.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zink, its employee-owners and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its contents, even if we have been told such loss was possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

When you send us a form, a planning summary, a session brief or a message, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts for Franklin County, Ohio.
