New from Cleveland Range · Born Range value line · model 1SCEMCS

Honest steam. Honest value.

Cleveland Range built the SteamCub years ago, retired it, and never stopped hearing about it — so it is back under Born Range, Cleveland’s dedicated value line. Just steam: no water line, no drain, no filter, and one simple control that cooks and holds. Five full-size pans from a 17-inch footprint, on the counter, on a stand, or stacked two high — priced for operators who watch every dollar and backed by Cleveland Range.

12 kW

nine serviceable 1 kW elements · 60-minute mechanical timer

Connectionless by design.

Boilerless and pressureless, with no water line, drain or filter to plumb or service — nothing to descale. It drops onto a counter where a plumbed steamer never could, and an automatic pre-heat has it ready the moment it is switched on.

Cooks and holds on one dial.

A 60-minute mechanical timer is the whole interface: steam the pans, then hold them. Low-water and high-temperature shut-offs with an alarm stand watch, and the heavy-gauge stainless body (8-gauge inner, 14-gauge outer) with a reversible door gasket is built for a long shift.

Three ways to set it up.

Countertop (1SCEMCS), raised to working height on the UniStand34 equipment stand, or two units double-stacked on the ES2469 stand for twice the output in one footprint. 208–240 V or 440–480 V, single or three phase, with cord and plug. ENERGY STAR® qualified, cUL listed, NSF #4.
