New from Rancilio · evolution of the Classe 5 USB

The Classe 5 your baristas know, now with a display on every group.

The Classe 5 USB has been Rancilio’s best seller for a reason: it is easy to run, easy to keep clean, and hard to kill. The Crono keeps all of that and upgrades the part the barista touches — four programmable brewing presets per group and a compact display above each one that shows shot time, volumetric readings while programming, and a progress bar during cleaning. Steady Brew keeps extraction temperature stable from the first shot of the rush to the last.

Classe 5 Crono traditional espresso machine — video

A display where the barista is looking.

Each group gets its own screen: a shot timer during extraction, volumetric readings while programming presets, and a progress indicator during guided backflushing. Training gets shorter and consistency gets easier to see.

Steady Brew.

An evolved heat-exchange system that holds water temperature stable through extraction — thermal stability, reliability and repeatability without the cost of a multi-boiler machine.

Options that fit the bar.

Cool Touch insulated steam wands, iSteam automatic milk steaming that stops at temperature, a cup warmer, and a tall version for travel mugs and pitchers. 110 V options on the 1-group and 2-group compact for sites without 220 V.
