New from Beverage-Air

Load it frozen. Walk away.

Frozen chicken moves fast in a busy kitchen, and thawing it safely takes time, space, and attention your team cannot always spare. The new Sure-Sense thawing cabinet handles it for you: load frozen product, walk away, and let the cabinet do the rest.

It senses, thaws, and switches.

The cabinet senses the temperature drop when frozen product is loaded, starts the thaw cycle on its own, then switches to refrigeration once thawing is done. Nothing to program and nothing to watch.

Product stays safely cold.

Thawed product holds between 36 and 39 degrees, per Beverage-Air's specs, so quality and food safety stay protected across the whole cycle.

Load it your way.

Your team can add frozen product while thawed product is already being held — which supports staggered prep and cuts unnecessary product movement.
