Miller & Assoc. Acquires E-Source Forming E-SOURCE MILLER, Joins Paradigm

Jeff Griffiths of Miller & Associates and Harry Starkweather of E-Source announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement for Miller to acquire E-Source and create ESOURCE MILLER, a world class FE&S sales agency in the Texas/Oklahoma market with an unparalleled portfolio of iconic brands. In addition, the company announced that the new entity will be a member of Paradigm.

Jeff Griffiths will be the President of new organization joined by a leadership team of Tammy Hutchison, Donna Bishop, Greg Morris and Jeff Swindle. “By bringing these two great companies together, we are creating an organization that will deliver even more value to our manufacturers, our customers, and our employees,” stated Griffiths. In addition, ESOURCE MILLER joins PARADIGM becoming the 7th member of the organization that developed and operates the industry’s leading sales management and marketing software platform, The REV.
