JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts payable process
• Supervise and mentor Accounts Payable staff
• Oversee the receipt, review, and processing of bills
• Manage and approve payment runs thru Avid Xchange
• Prepare and present reports on accounts payable metrics, including aging reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Develop and maintain process documentation and best practices
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate payment terms and conditions when appropriate
• Monitor and manage accounts payable budget and expenditures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to overall financial pl

QUALIFICATIONS

• REQUIRED
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years’ experience with payables including managing a team
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• PREFERRED
  • Netsuite experience

The Accounts Payable Manager reports to the Controller.
