JOB DESCRIPTION

The Client Services Estimator will play a pivotal role in the estimating process for all segments of our business.  This role requires expertise in utilizing Salesforce cases to manage workflow effectively and ensure timely completion of quotes. This role requires a deep understanding of the foodservice industry, including product specifications and customer preferences.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.  

KEY GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Estimating & Process Management
    • Utilize Salesforce cases to manage workflow efficiently and prioritize tasks based on client needs and quote deadlines.  
    • Collaborate with sales reps, account managers, and manufacturers to gather necessary information and resources for accurate quotes. 
    • Manage the quoting process, including utilizing foodservice quoting software to prepare and compile quotes based on client specifications and drawings, and manufacturer pricing guidelines. 
  • Quote Preparation: 
    • Thoroughly examine written quote requests, project specifications, architectural drawings, and technical documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements. 
    • Identify all relevant details necessary to compile accurate quotes for clients. 
  • Client Communication 
    • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries. 
    • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure the accuracy of quotes.
    • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, always maintaining a high level of customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
