To efficiently track opportunities, ensure all events are initiated by the Pointperson in the REV as campaigns. Additionally, please book events through the Columbus Test Kitchen/Columbus Showroom Outlook Calendars, selecting the correct dates and times to avoid overlaps. Remember to invite the appropriate people via Outlook.

Step 1 of 7

Tier 1

Minimal requirements from Events Coordinator such as…

  • Logo on the Welcome T.V.
  • Brochures & Catalogs pulled
  • Meeting room booked
  • No food, coffee, or water needed

Example Events: Equipment demonstrations/tests, Facility tours, Showroom visits

Tier 2

Typically a non-zink or goodwill (‘rental’) event or a short Zink event.

  • Food arrangements will be managed independently by the attendee
  • No food provided by Zink
  • A/V management needed.
  • Coffee & water service provided by Zink.

Example Events: Healthcare facilities, K-12 Summits

Tier 3

Coordination may be needed with the below:

  • Events Coordinator assistance with agendas, name tags, & swag bags
  • A/V management needed
  • Coffee & water service provided by Zink.
  • Food catered by Zink or Zink Culinary is cooking.
  • Meeting rooms may need booked

Example Events: Multi-unit Chain, Equipment Training

Tier 4

Coordination may be needed with the below:

  • Events Coordinator assistance with agendas, name tags, & swag bags
  • A/V management needed
  • Coffee & water service provided by Zink.
  • Food catered by Zink or Zink Culinary is cooking.
  • Meeting rooms may need booked
  • Hotel accomodations
  • Dinner Reservations
  • Bartender & After-hours events
