Antunes’ List Price Catalog effective on August 15th, 2022 has changed. This is due to the continued price and supply pressure of purchased components, raw materials, labor, and transportation services. Effective June 1, 2024, Antunes updated their restocking charge to 20%, which is consistent with industry’s standards.

In line with UK Made Ceramics, our sourced product portfolio except cutlery will increase by 2.9%. .
Churchill & SOLA Cutlery – HOLD Prices
This year we repositioned our Churchill cutlery with a 20% reduction in list pricing. For 2025, we will hold the cutlery pricing with support from our suppliers to ensure cutlery is price positioned competitively.

Forbes Industries has held its current pricing since July 1st, 2023, a year and a half. However, due to cost increases in labor, overhead, and some raw materials, we need to adjust our pricing. Forbes is dedicated to re-evaluating our pricing and costs. All these changes will ensure Forbes products maintain the high-quality standards that you are accustomed to and expect from us.
New Pricing will be effective for orders received on and after January 1, 2025. New price lists will be sent out shortly.

DEAN Selective Price Decrease and UMRP Multiplier Adjustment:
- Lower price on GF14, GF40 and SR114, effective February 1, 2025.
- GF model line is now under the Dean line (formerly under the Frymaster label.) (This is a reminder about the change earlier this year.)
- Dean UMRP – lowered the multiplier on the GFs, effective February 1, 2025.
- Power Runner 50lb, tube fryer – our lowest cost of entry for built-in filtration fryers.

The Garland Cuisine List Prices increased by 9%.
The following Garland Product Lines will see a List Price decrease:
- Garland Master Series Production Griddles (Chain Griddles) – reduction of 15%, across all base models not including accessories or stands.
- Gas Restaurant Ranges with flame failure & flame failure with electronic ignition – reduction of 7% across all base models not including accessories or stands.
- Garland and US Range 24” Ranges – reduction of 20% across all base models not including accessories or stands. There are no changes to the Sunfire 24” ranges.

Merrychef is excited to announce a new pricing strategy. Effective March 2, 2025, they will be implementing a Unilateral Minimum Retail Pricing (UMRP) policy, which will replace their existing MAP policy.
This policy aims to ensure that our partners who support the growth of our brand can protect their return on investment. Please note that each dealer is free to establish their own resale pricing and decide whether to follow the policy.
