Demi Smith

Demi joined Zink in 2024, during our acquisition of Rep Concepts and joins our Illinois team as Territory Manager of Tabletop & Smallwares.

Demi brings significant experience to her role, having held leadership roles with high profile restaurant groups, such as 4 Star Restaurant Group and Darden. She utilizes her comprehensive perspective to help identify solutions to the every-day challenges of the foodservice operator, and helps deliver mutually beneficial outcomes to the hospitality business that we collectively support. Her ability for creating customer satisfaction significantly benefits her in helping forge strategic relationships, and also helps ensure effective and consistent delivery of value propositions to our key customers.

Demi holds a degree in Hospitality Business from Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. She is Serv Safe Certified and has a certification in Sanitation from the City of Chicago.
