Lisa Bongiorno-Phillips

Lisa Bongiorno-Phillips joined Zink Foodservice in September 2024 as the Human Resources Manager. She has spent over 15 years in HR in multiple industries including Legal Consulting, IT and Insurance. She is certified with her SHRM-CP, PHR and PMQ. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Technology.

Lisa resides in Delaware, Ohio, and enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters – one a competitive swimmer and the other a competitive dancer – and their shih-tzu, Tazer. Lisa is an Ohio State football fan, but being originally from Chicago, she is also a huge Blackhawks, Cubs and Bears fan.
