Todd Ellington brings extensive experience in the foodservice industry to Zink. He began his foodservice career at age 16 washing dishes with the opening of a new restaurant. A variety of hourly experiences developed a strong foundation that grew into more than 20 years in restaurant operations, including leadership roles in both front- and back-of-house management.

He later transitioned into consultative sales, spending over a decade working in broadline food and non-food distribution. In these roles, Todd partnered with operators to address business challenges and improve profitability, an area he is deeply passionate about.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University Bloomington. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling throughout Indianapolis, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three daughters, and together they enjoy exploring the local dining scene and community events.
