JOB DESCRIPTION

A driven, relationship-focused Retail Sales Representative who can grow our business in the grocery and C-store sectors. This position will cover Zink’s Midwest and Midsouth territories, and represent industry-leading foodservice equipment brands and drive solutions for our retail partners. This role reports to the VP of Sales.

KEY GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales growth with grocery and convenience store chains
  • Develop and execute account strategies that deliver results.
  • Represent top manufacturers in refrigeration and heated equipment.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through solution selling and exceptional service.
  • Provide equipment demos and product training to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and manufacturer partners.
  • Travel regionally to support accounts and events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years sales experience in retail, grocery, convenience store, or related field.
  • Experience with commercial refrigeration strongly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of heated foodservice equipment.
  • Strong hunter mentality; driven to find and close new opportunities.
  • CRM experience and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to align with and demonstrate Zink’s Core Values.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
