Territory Business Development Manager – Front-of-House
Overview
We are looking for a high-energy salesperson to grow market share and drive new business with end-users across the hospitality industry. This role is built for a self-starter who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and winning new accounts. You will lead with a consultative, experience-driven approach—leveraging our state-of-the-art Culinary Design Centers and multiple Showroom environments to create compelling, in-person selling experiences that convert prospects into long-term customers. Your mission: create demand, win specifications, and drive pull-through revenue.

KEY GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect daily and build a strong pipeline of new opportunities within hotels, country clubs, restaurant groups, and hospitality management companies
- Aggressively pursue new accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-market presence
- Identify and close new business tied to openings, renovations, and concept refreshes
- Break into competitive accounts and displace incumbent products
- Call directly on chefs, F&B directors, GMs, and ownership groups to drive product specification
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor for front-of-house experience and tabletop design
- Influence decision-makers early in the concept and design phase
- Utilize our Culinary Design Centers and Showrooms as a strategic selling tool for immersive client experiences:
- Maintain a high-volume, high-velocity sales pipeline
- Track all activity, opportunities, and conversions through CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed aggressive new business and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience (foodservice, hospitality, or related industry strongly preferred)
- Experience with tabletop, front-of-house, or design-oriented selling is a major plus
- Proven “hunter” mentality with a track record of winning new business
- Fearless prospecting skills and comfort with cold outreaches
- Ability to gain access to and influence high-level decision-makers
- Strong presence, presentation skills, and the ability to command a room
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
