Zink Hospitality, a division of the Zink Corporation, is pleased to announce Brian Tarpy has joined the company to lead its hospitality business unit. Tarpy comes to Zink having spent the last 20 years holding senior management positions, most recently as VP of Sales for Charter Furniture and prior to that as Regional Sales Director at Shelby Williams. Brian, a 1993 graduate of Providence College, resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and two children.
The Zink Corporation announced today they have signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Columbus, OH., based Scotsman Mid-Ohio, a distributor of Scotsman Ice and Kold Draft. The deal is expected to close by April 15th.
